There will be days when you will not be able to resists the “forbidden” foods as well as the days when you will not feel like exercising. It is completely normal to have such days and eat foods you should not and rather watch TV than go for a walk and you should not be too harsh to yourself. However, if you do want to regain lost pounds it is highly important to reduce such days to the minimum.

The easiest way to maintain discipline is to make a schedule and stick to it. Plan your diet one day ahead and never go hungry to the store. If you have difficulties to resist certain foods high in calorie content do not keep them at home. You cannot eat what you do not have and almost for certainly you will not go to the store every time you will feel like eating something you should not and will rather satisfy yourself with foods you have at hand. To maintain regular physical activity choose a type of exercise you enjoy or consider working out with your friends. Besides having a good company you will need to stick with your exercise schedule otherwise you will let your friends down.
